About the writer

Corrupted by Jessica Fletcher and Poirot as a small child in Australia, Kate’s love for the written word began with scripts as she tread the boards in theatre and television.

Kate went on to study acting and creative arts at Wollongong University, where she honed her skills in dramaturgy and creative writing, culminating in a Bachelor of Creative Arts.

After moving to the United States, she began writing psychological thrillers and couldn’t stop. Kate resides in Los Angeles with her husband and writing-assistant-pup, Sprout, is a member of the Los Angeles chapter of Sisters In Crime, and works in Human Resources.
